Working together

The services

Cococrema Website

from €3,500

What it is

An extensive website that brings together the different sides of a multifaceted business.

I find what your clients value most about your business — the thing worth putting in the shop window — and build the website around it. So people quickly understand what you offer and why they should choose you, while the site still feels like your own little place online: distinctive, inviting and unmistakably yours.

Throughout the project, I look at the website through three lenses: clarity, resonance and trust.

01

Foundation

Before building anything, I get to know your business well enough to make good decisions about it.

Everything in Compass, deepened for your website project · character & recognisability · reasons to choose you & trust signals · tone of voice & visual direction · page structure · fully written core messages & key copy · offer structure & user journeys

The goal is simple: understand the business deeply enough that the website itself can feel clear and effortless.

02

Build

I turn that foundation into the finished website. In a CMS we agree on. For example: Wordpress, Typo3, Squarespace.

Homepage · About · Contact + form · legal notice & privacy policy · up to 5 additional custom pages* · fully written website copy · complete page design · SEO & GEO basics · cookieless tracking with Matomo · responsive build for mobile, tablet & desktop · technical testing · two rounds of revisions · handover call + video recording · guide for continuing on your own · 2 weeks of fine-tuning after launch

*These additional pages can show your offers, the way you work, your vision, references, case studies, FAQs – or any other part of your business that deserves its own space.

Add-ons – price and scope by arrangement: Google Analytics incl. consent banner instead of the included cookieless Matomo tracking · small interactive features such as calculators, quizzes or simple configurators · integration of external services such as booking and scheduling tools, calendars, newsletter forms or maps · other technical extensions, provided they can be integrated without extensive custom development or complex interfaces.

For you, if

  • Your business has several parts that deserve their own space on the website. Perhaps you have a few services, a team or founder story, references, an approach or philosophy, different ways to enquire — or simply too much to squeeze comfortably into one main page.
  • You’ve given your business serious thought and are ready to develop its positioning, messaging and online presence in depth from the beginning.
  • You already have a website, but your business has developed and the website hasn’t caught up. Perhaps your offers feel scattered, the presentation no longer represents you, or people still need a long explanation before they understand why your work matters — or it could all simply be so much better.
  • You want your website off your mind for good. No more endless construction site, no constant second-guessing – just a presence you can leave standing with a good feeling.

* Running costs, ownership, support? All the practical details, from hosting to changes after launch, are in the FAQs at the bottom of the page.

What you receive

  • Your own little place online. A finished website that clearly brings out what makes your business worth choosing — with strategy, copy, design and build included.
  • A guide to build on. A PDF document with the key messaging, structure and design decisions, with the reasoning behind them, so you or a future collaborator can build from there.
  • A foundation for your marketing. The messages we uncover give you clearer angles for ads, emails, posts and conversations, too.
  • Your website passport. A practical overview of your domain, hosting, website system and connected tools — including account access, recurring costs for optional tool-providers and subscriptions, renewal dates and useful support contacts.
  • A recorded handover session. A personal walkthrough showing you how to update content, add pages and manage everyday changes yourself, with a recording to revisit whenever you need it.

If you need more

Additional custom page · €400

A new page with its own structure, messaging and design.

Additional templated page · €200

A new page based on a structure we’ve already created.

Good to know

Don’t want to keep building yourself?

In the handover, I show you how to make everyday changes and add new pages, so you can keep working independently. And if you’d still like support later on, I’m here: I charge €80 per hour for changes and updates, billed in 30-minute increments.

Need the thinking, but not the build?

The Foundation can also be booked independently if you already have a designer or developer.

Currently not included: complex ecommerce, complex booking systems, memberships, large databases, complex custom web applications.

Cococrema Kickstart Website

€1,200

What it is

A focused website for a simply structured business.

Give your business a fair chance to work, without investing in more website than you need. I help you find what makes your offer feel the right choice and bring it to life in one focused main page, supported by an About page, a Contact page and legal pages.

Your own little place online: distinctive, inviting and built to help the right people take the next step.

Throughout the project, I look at the website through three lenses: clarity, resonance and trust.

01

Foundation

We work out who you want to reach, what makes your offer valuable and what people need to feel confident choosing you.

Everything in Compass, deepened for your Kickstart project · character & recognisability · reasons to choose you & trust signals · tone of voice & visual direction · page structure · fully written core messages & key copy

Enough strategy to make good decisions and give your business a considered start.

02

Build

I turn that foundation into a compact, finished website, in a CMS we agree on (for example Wix, WordPress, TYPO3, Squarespace or custom coded).

Homepage · About · Contact + form · legal notice & privacy policy · fully written website copy · complete page design · SEO & GEO basics · cookieless tracking with Matomo · responsive build for mobile, tablet & desktop · technical testing · two rounds of revisions · handover call + video recording · guide for continuing on your own · 2 weeks of fine-tuning after launch

For you, if

  • You’re starting a business and want to give it a proper start without over-investing before you know where it will lead.
  • You want to test an idea, but you know a generic AI or a DIY website might not tell you much if it doesn't communicate well what makes you worth choosing in the first place.
  • You want your website to feel like you, not like a template filled with your information.
  • You need somewhere credible to send people when they hear about you, find you online or receive a recommendation.
  • Or you may simply never need a large website. Small, thoughtful and effective is enough.

A compact website for a business with a simple structure. One focused main page, supported by About, Contact and legal pages — bringing out what makes your business worth choosing, with strategy, copy, design and build included.
  • A guide to build on. A PDF document with the key messaging, structure and design decisions, with the reasoning behind them, so you or a future collaborator can build from there.
  • A foundation for your marketing. The messages we uncover give you clearer angles for ads, emails, posts and conversations, too.

  • A recorded handover session. A personal walkthrough showing you how to update content, add pages and manage everyday changes yourself, with a recording to revisit whenever you need it.

Room to grow

In the handover I cover how you can easily handle everyday changes and add pages yourself. So if your business needs more space later, the website can grow with it.

Need more space from the beginning?

The Website package gives multiple offers, stories or other parts of your business their own dedicated pages.

What Kickstart Website gives you

Confidence to start.

A website strong enough to put in front of people — and learn from.

Tell me briefly about your projectI’ll look at everythingWe’ll set up a free intro call soon for your questions and mine (by email if you prefer)

You don’t always need a professionally built website. Here’s when another option can be enough, and what a Cococrema website adds.

01“Couldn’t I build it myself, for example with AI?”

Yes. AI and templates can help you build a polished website. The harder part is recognising which details of your work will matter to someone choosing you - especially the ones you take for granted.

I explore those details with you, work out how they fit into the whole picture, and decide how and where to bring them forward through the words, structure and design.

02“Someone else can build it for less.”

They may be a good choice. When you compare, check whether you’re paying for the build or also for the content.

If you need to supply finished texts and a page structure, the hardest questions are still yours to solve: what to say, and how to sell your offer. With me, they’re part of the project. You bring your knowledge about your business; I help uncover all the reasons to choose, organize them strategically and turn them into the structure, content and design.

03“Can’t I just use Instagram?”

Instagram can create interest and bring bookings. But someone who likes your posts may still be unsure which service fits them, what’s included or what happens after they enquire.

I build one place where those answers sit together with your work, your approach and reasons to trust you. So the people who are already interested can say yes.

04“My Google profile already has great reviews.”

Good reviews are gold. They give people a reason to trust you. If they already bring you enough of the right enquiries, you’re all set.

A website gets interesting when you want better enquiries: from people who understand your value, fit your offer and decide less on price.

Cococrema Compass

€350 · 3–7 days

What it gives you

Confidence for your
direction.

Understand what your website should communicate, so it helps your business.

What I do

In Compass, I find out what your services actually change in your clients’ lives. Then I look at your website, or your plans if you’re just starting, to give you a clear direction for what your website should say, show and emphasise. So that it becomes your own little place and the right people choose you with confidence.

I look at questions such as

  • Is it quickly clear who your offer is for – and why it matters?
  • Where is your website currently working against you rather than for you?
  • Does your website give people enough reasons to trust you and understand your price?
  • Does something about you stay with them when they keep looking elsewhere?

Who it’s for

  • You’re planning a website and want a solid foundation before you build.
  • Your website is already live and you know there’s more in it – instead of patching things here and there, you want a clear plan.
  • You want to keep building yourself, but better understand what’s behind a website that sells.

What’s included

  • A deep-dive questionnaire
  • A 45–60 minute conversation about your services or products, your clients, and what your work changes for them
  • A review of your website – or of your idea so far if you’re just starting – including a short market and competitor check, a look at your SEO (for existing websites), your positioning and my 8-point check for clarity, resonance and trust
  • A written guide with your next steps, in order of priority
  • A first sketch of your website’s opening section, with a suggested headline, supporting sentence and call to action, so you can continue working from here
  • Your core message, ready to use anywhere: your Instagram bio, Google profile, ads, or when someone at a party asks what you actually do

Inside the guide

What the written guide contains

  1. Core message: What absolutely needs to come across on your website.
  2. Visibility: How do the right people find your website – through Google, referrals, social media, ads or other routes? And what do we need to factor into message, structure and content from the start?
  3. Relevance: What the right people need to understand to recognise: this is for me.
  4. Trust: Which signals help people feel good about choosing you.
  5. Differentiation: What sets you apart from similar offers – and why that matters to the right people.
  6. Structure: A recommendation for your website’s structure, with the goal and priority of each area.
  7. Character & recognition: How look & feel, tone of voice and small quirks make your website unmistakably look, sound and feel like you.
  8. Roadmap: The most important next steps, in order of priority.

And what about SEO, GEO and the website journey?

The practical groundwork is already part of Website and Kickstart.

01

SEO basics

Sensible heading structure, page titles, meta descriptions, useful image descriptions, sitemap and Google Search Console setup.

02

Clear information for search and AI tools

Specific, self-contained explanations of what you offer, who it’s for and where you work — so important information is easy to understand, extract and reference.

03

The website journey

I consider that people arrive at different stages. Someone who is already interested should be able to find the right offer and enquire quickly; someone who is still exploring should have enough context, proof and personality to understand your work and keep moving through the site. Existing channels such as email or social media can be connected where useful.

If we’re rebuilding an existing website

A relaunch can shake up existing Google rankings. That’s why I take a close look beforehand: which pages and search terms already bring you visitors today? What do we definitely need to keep?

That knowledge feeds into the new structure, copy and headings. Where URLs change, I set up permanent redirects to the matching new pages. That way we try to carry over as much as possible of what already works.

Even so, a relaunch doesn’t always happen without some movement: rankings can change temporarily or permanently. At the same time, the new website can open up new opportunities – through clearer content, a better structure and pages where people find what they’re looking for more easily and enjoy browsing further.

If you want to actively bring people to your website

Through Momentum

Lead magnets, newsletter setups, campaign landing pages and Meta campaigns can be added through Momentum.

Beyond my scope

With a specialist

For ongoing SEO, extensive keyword research, link building, complex advertising funnels, automation or CRM work, I can recommend someone.

The method

Whether you’re creating a website from scratch or rethinking an existing one,
I approach the work through three lenses.

01 Clarity

“I get it.”

02 Resonance

“I want it.”

03 Trust

“I’m ready.”

These three principles shape how your website takes form: what goes in the shop window, how it feels, and what people need to become interested, build trust and ultimately choose you. You see it in the words, images, design and structure.

Behind them are eight concrete points I keep in mind in every Cococrema offer – from Compass to the finished website. How deep we go and how much of it I build depends on the offer.

Want to see how the three principles translate into these eight points?

Cococrema Momentum

Support for individual marketing or website projects

Your website is live. Now it’s about reaching the right people and making your offers visible. Momentum gives you focused marketing support.

01

Landing Page

€900

You need a landing page when you want to make one specific offer visible. It guides people through exactly that one offer – from first interest to a clear decision – instead of letting them land somewhere on your website and search for themselves.

Includes: strategy, structure, copy, design and implementation within your existing website system.

02

FAQ Page

€390

The closer people get to a decision, the more specific their questions become. An FAQ page gathers the answers in one place – clearly structured and in your tone – so that uncertainty doesn’t make them drop off just before they get in touch. At the same time, the structured page helps search engines and AI assistants understand your offer better and pick up relevant information from it.

Includes: 20 questions and answers in your tone, thematic structure, design and integration of the page, structured data (FAQ schema) for search engines, and links to your website content and services.

03

Newsletter Setup

€490

A newsletter is worth it when you want to reach people not just once, but take them along over time. You speak directly to people who are genuinely interested in you – through a channel you own that doesn’t need ad budget every time you reach out. And if someone isn’t ready to book today, you can stay present until the right moment comes.

Includes: signup form, double opt-in, confirmation pages, welcome email, technical integration, privacy page text block, notice banner and button links on the website.

Add-on

Freebie
+ €290

A freebie gives your website visitors a concrete reason to sign up for your newsletter. Together we find a fitting idea, and I turn it into something small and useful – a checklist, a short guide or an exercise, for example – that people are happy to take with them and can actually use.

Includes: topic selection based on follow-up questions, client feedback and what works in your industry, a guide that makes it easy to gather your knowledge, copy and design in your brand language (PDF, up to 10 pages), plus integration into the signup form and automatic delivery via welcome email.

04

Short Video

€850

Text can explain what you do. A video shows how you come across. People get a feel more quickly for who is behind the offer, what matters to you and how you work. That way, trust often builds before the first conversation.

Includes: concept, script guidance, remote direction for filming, speaking preparation, editing, music, simple animation and integration into your website. I can include existing image and video material you provide or from stock agencies such as Pixabay.

05

Instagram Setup

€450

Many people take another look at Instagram before they enquire: to get a better feel for who you are, what makes your business tick and whether it’s a good fit for them. A coherent profile shows different sides of you than your website – and can build trust further.

Includes: profile refinement, 5 recurring content themes, one reusable template for each, and 1 example post per theme.

This organic setup isn’t designed for reach. It’s about giving people who find you anyway a more vivid and personal picture of you and your business.

06

Meta Campaign Starter

€650

Meta ads are especially interesting when people aren’t already searching for your offer – but you can win their attention with a strong idea, a good image or a concrete occasion. That way you can reach new people on Instagram and Facebook, spark interest and bring them to your offer or your website.

Includes: campaign strategy · setup in Meta Ads Manager · concept and creation of up to 10 ad variations in a suitable mix of image, carousel and reel · tracking check or setup · launch, testing and optimisation during the agreed campaign period

The practical part

FAQs

The prices here are final prices. As a small business under § 19 UStG, I don’t charge VAT – so nothing gets added on top. If you book the service for your business, you can count the invoice as a business expense; you just can’t deduct input VAT from it.

But your website also needs a home, and a home costs rent. Depending on the system, that’s roughly:
Squarespace or Wix: €15–35 a month, hosting included
WordPress or custom coded: €5–15 a month for hosting
Plus your domain: around €10–20 a year

You pay these directly to the provider, in your own name.

Some extras come with their own rent. If your website needs a booking calendar or a small shop, for a PDF guide or vouchers, for example, I connect a tool that fits. These usually charge a monthly fee or a small fee per sale, paid directly to the provider. We look at the options together before anything is set up.

Kickstart fits when your business is simply structured and can be explained clearly on a few pages. For example, you have one central offer or just a few services and mainly need a homepage, an About page and a contact page.

The larger website fits when there’s more to sort and explain: several offers, additional content, references, FAQs, a more detailed way of working or other topics that need their own place.

The difference isn’t in quality. Both get strategy, copy, design and technical implementation. With the larger website, there’s simply more content and structure to bring together.

That’s also why Cococrema’s own website is a Website and not a Kickstart: there are several offers, my method, detailed information on how I work and a larger FAQ section.

To start your Cococrema project, you first send me an enquiry and briefly describe what you have in mind. Then we have a free 15-minute call – or an email exchange, if you prefer – to clarify what you need and whether everything fits. If it does, we get started.

After launch, your Cococrema website belongs to you – including the domain, hosting access and all relevant logins.

At the end of the project, you get a website passport with the most important technical information and access details, so that someone else could easily take over the website later on.

In a handover call, I show you how to make everyday changes yourself – for example updating texts, dates or events, adding new pages and, if needed, restoring an earlier version. You get a recording of this call that you can come back to at any time.

You also receive a guide with the most important content and design decisions behind your website. That way, you can keep working on it sensibly later on – not just technically, but in terms of content too.

The goal is that you won’t need me after the project.

For the first two weeks after your Cococrema website launches, small fixes and adjustments to existing content are included. New pages or larger new sections are not.

After that, you can submit changes at any time through the change request form. I work through them together in the first week of each month. The hourly rate is €80, billed in 30-minute units.

If something can’t wait until the next update round, you can request an express change. I’ll then start within two working days, as long as my capacity allows. Express changes are billed at double the hourly rate.

A Cococrema website can be custom coded or built with Squarespace, Wix or WordPress. We decide together, based on how much design freedom you want and how you’d like to work with your website yourself later on.

If you want maximum freedom and are comfortable making small changes in the code with an AI assistant, I’m happy to recommend a custom-coded website. I set everything up and show you how to work with it at handover – for simple changes, free AI tools are often enough.

If you’d rather work in a visual editor, Squarespace is usually the most straightforward option. Wix offers similarly easy upkeep with a little more room to play. WordPress is especially suitable if you already use it or need features where its large plugin ecosystem makes sense.

Often, yes. If your current system works well technically, I can rebuild your website right there: new structure, new copy, new design, within what the system allows.

In our call I’ll tell you honestly whether your system can carry what we have in mind, or whether moving would be the better choice. New websites I build in WordPress, Squarespace, Wix or custom code.

Good imagery can give a website a lot of personality and credibility. That’s why it’s best when we can work with your own photos. If material is still missing, though, there are several good ways to fill the gaps.

Where something is missing, I can choose suitable free or paid stock images, or work with AI-generated images if they fit the visual style.*

If your own photos are especially important for your business, I can also recommend a photographer. And if location and timing work out, a shoot can also be arranged directly with me on request.

*Costs for paid imagery may be added on top.

Every Cococrema website project includes a bit of brand development. Together, we work out what makes your business special, how it sounds and what impression it should leave. From that, I develop the messaging, the visual direction and the character of your website.

My focus is on your online presence. A full corporate identity with an extensive brand book isn’t part of my website packages.

On request, I set up privacy-friendly, cookieless tracking with Matomo on your Cococrema website. It lets you see how people arrive on your website and which pages they use. This tracking itself doesn’t require a cookie banner. If you’d rather not track anything at all, we simply leave it out.

Want to go deeper and use Google Analytics instead? Then I set up Google Analytics including a consent banner as an add-on for €200. If the chosen cookie tool comes with additional costs, we’ll discuss that beforehand.

I create your imprint and privacy policy using a free legal text service and build them neatly into your Cococrema website.
